  1. Introduction
    1. PLAYER UNKNOWN PRODUCTIONS B.V. (hereafter: PLAYER UNKNOWN PRODUCTIONS) values your rights, including your right to privacy and our rights to data protection. This statement is meant to inform you about the processing of your personal data by us.

PLAYER UNKNOWN PRODUCTIONS processes personal data in providing its products and/or services, carrying out agreements with suppliers and resellers, with customers, with job applicants, and with any other visitors in relation to their use of the website: WWW.PLAYERUNKNOWNPRODUCTIONS.NET (hereafter: the Website) and for marketing purposes (including newsletters).

      • Communication between you and PLAYER UNKNOWN PRODUCTIONS. This may relate either to an existing legal relationship, as well as to communication with people interested in PLAYER UNKNOWN PRODUCTIONS;

    3. PLAYER UNKNOWN PRODUCTIONS strives not to retain the personal data of job applicants for longer than four weeks after the job application procedure has ended or with the permission of the job applicant for up to 1 year after the job application procedure has ended.

    1. PLAYER UNKNOWN PRODUCTIONS may disclose your personal data, if necessary, to the following categories of recipients:
      • Suppliers if necessary for requesting a license on behalf of a reseller or a customer;
      • Direct marketing companies for facilitating direct marketing mailings;

      • Google in relation to the aforementioned Analytics-service.

With regard to personal data for direct marketing purposes, you have an absolute rights to object. This means the direct marketing will cease after you object to this.
    2. In so far the processing of personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. This does not have retroactive effect. Withdrawal of consent can lead to PLAYER UNKNOWN PRODUCTIONS not being able to deliver certain services in whole or in part.

    1. This privacy statement can be changed or amended. This version is v. 1.0, November 2021. We will publish the most recent version of the statement on the Website.
